Attendance Hiatus
We do not normally offer a break in Nursery Attendance, however in special circumstances we may offer an Attendance Hiatus eg during Maternity Leave. To apply for one of our limited Attendance Hiatus places, you must relinquish all or part of your normal attendance pattern for a minimum break of three months and a maximum break of twelve months. No Attendance Hiatus is offered for less than a three month period. It is not necessary to relinquish all attendance during the Attendance Hiatus, but attendance must be the same each week – you can reduce from a three-day per week attendance to a one-day per week attendance, for example. Attendance with an Attendance Hiatus must be booked in advance. Once sessions are relinquished for the Attendance Hiatus, it may not be possible to reclaim them. A non-refundable holding fee of 10% of normal fees for relinquished sessions is payable.
