Seeing to the practical, emotional, social, developmental and educational needs during your children’s time at Nursery - making children comfortable and content - is what you would expect from us.  

And this, we do consistently well.  

But what makes us special is also our determination to create an environment where there is something every day to delight the children - activities and adventures that encourage them to experience something new, to encounter new ideas, to discover new skills for themselves... often without even realising it.  So we search out very special people to work in our Nursery.

In fact, we are delighted that The National Day Nurseries Association awarded one of our staff as the NATIONAL WINNER of the title “Nursery Nurse of the Year.” From hundreds of nominees across the whole of the UK, our Maggie was selected as THE BEST NURSERY NURSE! Maggie is now Nursery Manager, responsible for our education and development programme. So you can be sure of the highest possible standards.

As owners, we pride ourselves on treating our team of childcare professionals with the utmost respect and admiration, which they so fully deserve. Our staff work extraordinarily hard and we make it a priority to treat them extraordinarily well.  
We provide a comfortable, well-equipped staff room, free hot lunch daily, generous breaks, refreshments and the best wages we can possibly manage. Our staff reward us with their loyalty.
